Dear Friend:

I send to you my blessing for a wonderful Winter Solstice and Holiday season. The winter solstice is an important event for us as we celebrate as our ancestors did; though it's the shortest day of the year we are celebrating the returning light in our life. As each day from now to the summer solstice the light grows longer and brighter. The external symbol of this light is the Sun. However I encourage each of you to connect to your internal 'light' and express it positive manner verbally and nonverbally remembering that sometimes actions are more significant than words. I encourage you to celebrate the light that 's returning your life in the manner that is best for you. The new season may seem to trying at times but I will request that each of look at the opportunity of possibilities as the light grows. This is the time we when we hold the knowledge that the seeds of our spirituality are in us and they will grow with the new hope and belief of the growing light in each of us.

The Mission of the Shamanic Healing Institute is to heal and teach people through individual and group spiritual healing sessions, workshops, retreats, practitioner educational programs and products. The Healing Center and Store are conveniently located in Historic Savage Mill nears Laurel; Maryland minutes form Interstate 95 and Route 32. If you can’t come in for an appointment we can schedule a distance healing session I have been providing distance healing ceremonies for years, I have many clients throughout the United States and several in Europe some I have never seen but they have received wonderful healings.

Please make plans to join the Essentials of Shamanism class scheduled to begin on Saturday January 24, 2009, please go to Training/Workshop page for more details. Also during the month of January the I'm offering the Divination Ceremony with a 10% discount (Ayllu members instead of your normal 10% you receive a 15% discount). The Divination Ceremony can be scheduled in the 50 minute or 30 minute format and can be done in person or remotely by phone, please schedule by January 31.

The Mentoring Program will begin on Oct 18 in the afternoon the Shamans will be available at SHI Healing Center to provide Healing Ceremonies at a reduced rate if you are interested in signing up for a healing please email Paul for more information.
