Become a part of the current national dialogue about earth changes and the role of the shaman.   Paul will discuss highlights of the 2007 Conference on Shamanism, and what leading shamanic presenters are saying about shamanic practitioners and an evolving consciousness.

2:15 – 5:00  Workshop:  The Rainbow, Paul M. Sivert

You will experience a connection to the mystical and magical Number Seven.  This includes the seven colors of the rainbow, the healing rays, the sources of power and more.  This workshop includes a River Walk Meditation, along the Little Patuxent River at Savage Mill, so wear hiking boots and dress accordingly.

5:00 – 6:30  Dinner Break

6:30 – 9:30  Hatun Ceremony, Paul M. Sivert & the Ayllu
Paul and the Ayllu will facilitate a group healing give-away, Despacho and Fire Ceremony.  Please bring a personal item wrapped as a gift to be given away in ceremony.

We are in an evolutionary process and on the cusp of what many have considered a broad shift in consciousness.  This workshop will review sources for this belief from the Mayan calendar, the Pachacuti in Andean cosmology, the Age of Aquarius in Astrology and the 5th root race by Edgar Cayce. How have we evolved on Earth as spiritual beings? What are examples of historical shifts in consciousness? How are they similar and different? What does this mean for us now and into the future?

Now that you have discovered the shamanic way of life, how are you going to live it in ordinary reality?  How will you go from being a nurse to being a shamanic nurse, or a web designer to being a shamanic web designer?  How will you move through your own inner changes as you add shamanic elements to your current healing practice?  How will you address the shamanic realities when you (or someone in your community) go through an initiatory “dark night of the soul”? You will examine the challenges of living the shamanic life in a community that often does not support it. You will learn processes for integrating the shamanic "soul self" and the "ordinary reality self."

2:00 – 4:30  Workshop and Closing Ceremony: Meeting Ourselves, Again: Paul M. Sivert
Create a new dream for yourself, your family, community, province, country or world.  We will construct a “Dream Lodge,” a tradition that originates from several cosmologies and spiritual communities: an ayllu.  The Lodge will become our Temple of Truth as we prepare ourselves to experience the embodiment of a spiritual community.  We will journey together, connect to the spirits of the upper world and bring truth and wisdom to our awareness and our hearts. We will Journey to Meet Ourselves Again.
